Jinx Chapter 33: A flashback confirms both Joo Jaekyung and Choi Heesung are awful partners, and Jaekyung overhears Heesung faked his injury to get closer to Kim Dan. In retaliation, Jaekyung sadistically tortures Dan with a vibrating toy in the car before forcing a sexual encounter. Dan arrives at Heesung’s late and distressed.

Jinx Chapter 7 depicts the violent fallout after Joo Jaekyung’s refusal. Loan sharks abduct and brutally beat Kim Dan. Desperate, Dan reveals his connection as Jaekyung’s therapist, causing the loan sharks to momentarily stop and see an opportunity to exploit the fighter, putting Dan in even greater danger.
