Jinx Chapter 26: Joo Jaekyung exits the room, leaving Kim Dan utterly submissive. He coldly warns Hwang Yoon-gu to stay away from Dan. Dan internally accepts his role as Jaekyung’s absolute property, believing he has no choice due to Jaekyung’s financial support for his grandmother.

The grandmother, unaware of their toxic reality, praises Jaekyung as a kind, strong man. This cruel irony—the tormentor is also the essential provider—deepens Dan’s sense of entrapment and insurmountable obligation.
